Position Overview

The Account Services team plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional client support. Team members are tasked with assisting the supervisor in managing, assigning, and tracking work responsibilities. They ensure that the customer service representatives adhere to the specifications set forth by client programs and the policies of ACB.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison for designated accounts.
  • Support the supervisor in guaranteeing that claims processing aligns with client guidelines, program requirements, and expected turnaround times.
  • Investigate and address client inquiries to ensure prompt, efficient, and accurate service delivery.
  • Examine fund transactions and new dealer setups; ensure the client database is current and accurately maintained.
  • Organize and maintain client program documentation, specification sheets, and account files to ensure all team members have access to up-to-date information.
  • Offer recommendations for enhancing operational efficiency and service quality.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent certification.
  • Proficient in PC applications, particularly Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a clerical role is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
