Work Schedule: Standard hours from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, including a 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks.

Your Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for all incoming calls
  • Utilize a prepared script to address customer inquiries and direct them to appropriate service solutions
  • Exhibit empathy and provide reassurance to customers to ensure their comfort
  • Conduct follow-up calls to assess the needs of previous customers
  • Assist the field team by documenting customer interactions and entering data into our system
  • Manage rebate paperwork, register product equipment, maintain installation records, and process purchase orders
  • Foster a positive company culture through a proactive and diligent work ethic
Qualifications We Seek
  • High School Diploma or GED is mandatory
  • Self-motivated and dependable with flexible availability
  • Strong focus on accuracy and efficiency
  • Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities
  • Professional and courteous demeanor with robust customer service skills
  • Proficient in computer use and typing
  • Exceptional multitasking and follow-up abilities with keen attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills at both professional and technical levels
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Experience with ServiceTitan is a significant advantage
  • A willingness to learn and advance within the organization
  • Prior experience in HVAC/Plumbing administration or customer service is highly desirable
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, though not required
