About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at MasTec Communications Group. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our executives and teams with a variety of administrative and office support functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general office duties, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
  • Manage and maintain executives' schedules, including booking travel arrangements and making reservations
  • Prepare and file reports, memos, letters, and other documents
  • Provide photocopying and other production services as needed
  • Assist in coordinating special events and projects, including preparing materials and communicating with stakeholders
  • Attend meetings to record minutes and take notes
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
