Customer Service Representative

Metro Medical is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our team. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers, handling incoming calls, and ensuring that all aspects of the message are collected thoroughly and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide and request required information, transfer calls, or take messages as necessary
- Work on our state-of-the-art call processing system and be trained on various call center tools
- Prioritize customer needs and provide solutions to their inquiries
Requirements:
- A welcoming voice with an upbeat tone
- Strong command of the English language with good spelling and grammar
- Computer skills in a Windows-based environment
- Good attendance
- The ability to type 35 words per minute or more
