Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional and empathetic support to patients and their families via phone and in-person interactions
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and care coordination
  • Utilize our state-of-the-art call processing system to prioritize customer needs and provide accurate information

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong command of the English language with good spelling and grammar
  • Computer skills in a Windows-based environment
  • Good attendance and punctuality
  • The ability to type 35 words per minute or more
