We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Customer Service Representative/Admin who excels in organization and accuracy. Working Hours: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, including a 30-minute lunch break and two 15-minute breaks.

Your Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact by answering all incoming calls.
  • Utilize a company-provided script to address customer inquiries and direct them to suitable service solutions.
  • Exhibit empathy and provide reassurance to customers, ensuring their comfort.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to previous customers to assess their ongoing needs.
  • Assist the field team by documenting customer interactions and entering data into our system.
  • Handle rebate paperwork, register product equipment, maintain installation records, and process purchase orders.
  • Foster a positive company culture through an upbeat and diligent work ethic.
Qualifications We Seek
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and adaptable to varying hours.
  • Strong attention to detail and efficiency.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Professional demeanor with robust customer service skills.
  • Proficient in computer usage and possess strong typing skills.
  • Excellent multitasking and follow-up capabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills at both professional and technical levels.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Experience with ServiceTitan is a significant advantage.
  • A willingness to learn and advance within the company.
  • Previous experience in HVAC/Plumbing administration or customer service is a plus.
  • Bilingual skills are beneficial but not mandatory.
