With a global footprint that includes offices in Europe, Asia, and North America, their New York team comprises approximately 50 dedicated and skilled professionals, including eight administrative staff members. The NYC office is expanding rapidly and is in search of an administrator to assist in redistributing workload among the team. The administrative team is diverse in personality, yet they share a common commitment to excellence and a strong desire to support their colleagues.

POSITION SUMMARY

The organization is seeking a Team Assistant to provide support to five key team members, which include an Investment Professional, Associates, and Analysts. This role is traditional in nature, focusing heavily on essential administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive calendar management
  • Coordination of travel arrangements
  • Management of expenses
  • Assistance with ad hoc projects
  • Providing backup support to other Executive Assistants

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

The ideal candidate will be a proactive and highly organized individual with exceptional attention to detail, eager to thrive in a collaborative setting. Candidates should possess a few years of experience in private equity, along with additional experience in an administrative capacity.

  • 5-6 years of administrative experience, preferably within financial services
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in a fast-paced, demanding environment
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities effectively

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

  • Base salary range of $85,000 - $100,000
  • Hybrid work model with a 3/2 schedule
