  • Administer, edit, and maintain job postings to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Schedule and coordinate travel for candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Greet and escort candidates to interviews as needed, providing a welcoming and professional experience.
  • Schedule interviews for hiring managers, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Inform job applicants of position details and application status, maintaining open and transparent communication.
  • Initiate and facilitate the pre-employment process, including background screening and drug screening.
  • Schedule orientation information for candidates and prepare new hires for their first day, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Coordinate recruiting activities such as job fairs, advertising, company information sharing, and interview days, promoting a positive and engaging experience.
  • Provide other recruiting support as needed, adapting to the evolving needs of the team.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum Qualifications:
    • High School Diploma or GED equivalent with 6+ months of related experience.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Associate's degree in Business Administration/Management, Communications, Psychology, or related field, with 1-2 years of experience, education, and training.
  • Ability to act professionally, be flexible and adaptable, communicate effectively, manage multiple priorities, multitask, work individually or as part of a team, and possess experience coordinating events and managing logistics.
