- Inform job applicants of position details and application status, maintaining open and transparent communication.
- Initiate and facilitate the pre-employment process, including background screening and drug screening.
- Schedule orientation information for candidates and prepare new hires for their first day, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
- Coordinate recruiting activities such as job fairs, advertising, company information sharing, and interview days, promoting a positive and engaging experience.
- Provide other recruiting support as needed, adapting to the evolving needs of the team.
- Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent with 6+ months of related experience.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Business Administration/Management, Communications, Psychology, or related field, with 1-2 years of experience, education, and training.
- Ability to act professionally, be flexible and adaptable, communicate effectively, manage multiple priorities, multitask, work individually or as part of a team, and possess experience coordinating events and managing logistics.
