As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and fostering strategic growth within the Power & Energy sector.

The successful candidate will work alongside industry experts to spearhead the expansion of our client's market presence both domestically and internationally.


Job Summary:


As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for devising and executing strategic sales plans to tap into targeted industries within the Power Generation sector.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet revenue goals, facilitate customer interactions, and drive business growth within specific markets.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a formal strategic plan for identifying and cultivating industry-specific cold spray applications.
Set and monitor development targets, coordinate action plans for customers, and ensure alignment with company objectives.
Analyze market data to identify sales opportunities, manage customer relationships, and generate leads.
Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on promotional activities and brand-building initiatives.
Prepare and present sales proposals, attend trade shows, and actively engage with customers to drive sales.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or business management preferred.5+ years of senior-level sales and strategic planning experience, MBA a plus.
Familiarity with DOD operations, sustainment, and contracting advantageous.
Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
