About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Manager to join our leadership team at Madewell. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, fostering customer loyalty, and promoting a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer engagement, and increase brand awareness.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and sales results.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure that every customer interaction is exceptional, responding to customer feedback, and implementing changes to improve the overall customer experience.
  • Store Operations: Oversee store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
  • Community Engagement: Develop and implement community outreach programs to build brand awareness and drive sales.
Requirements
  • Experience: 4+ years of management experience in a retail environment, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with a combination of education and experience.
  • Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
