About This Role
The Saks At Your Service Manager is a key leadership position at Saks Fifth Avenue, responsible for leading a team of Service Advisors to provide a dynamic, luxury shopping experience. This role also manages the Concierge Desks and the Buy Online and Pick Up In Store process.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the Client's Experience through direct reports, ensuring each client is welcomed and paired with a Style Advisor or provided with information about events in the store.
- Schedule the Service Advisors and Concierge Team.
- Meet with Team to Share Marketing/Store Info needed to share with Clients.
- Ad hoc responsibilities as needed.
About You
- Demonstrates comfort in flexing all communication styles and establishes positive interpersonal relationships.
- With limited guidance, can effectively translate a strategy and vision into an actionable plan.
- Contributes to a collaborative work environment that encourages creative thinking and innovation.
- Demonstrates an exceptional ability to anticipate trends and competitive shifts in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
Requirements
- 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2+ years of client services experience, preferably retail experience.
- Proven time management skills and are comfortable managing multiple projects and dealing with shifting priorities.

Compensation
The starting salary for this position is between [$90,284.62 – 110,000.00 annually]. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include market, skills, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for bonus.
