Job Overview

The role of a Stock Supervisor is vital to ensuring operational efficiency within the retail environment. This position is primarily responsible for the effective management of stock and inventory, contributing significantly to the overall performance of the store.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate a premium shopping experience by maintaining organized back-of-house areas and ensuring smooth merchandise flow to the sales floor.
  • Oversee the prompt processing of all incoming shipments, transfers, and damages, while ensuring stock areas are systematically organized.
  • Communicate effectively with management regarding merchandising needs and supply requests.
  • Implement safe and secure stock management practices.
  • Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to resolve any inventory discrepancies.
  • Familiarize oneself with LACOSTE's operational procedures and back-office functions.
  • Collaborate with store management to enhance Loss Prevention awareness.
  • Promote positive employee relations by leading and developing a high-quality store team, while engaging in coaching and conflict resolution with the Store/Assistant Manager.
  • Execute additional duties as assigned.
  • Hold store keys and participate in store opening and closing activities.

Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of retail experience with a strong operational background.
  • Physical capability to stand for extended periods and manage merchandise and fixtures throughout the store.
  • Demonstrated independent work ethic, exceptional time management, and a high level of accountability.
  • Strong skills in communication, organization, and follow-through.
