Store Operations Manager

Overview:
As a Store Sales Associate Lead at Daiso USA, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our retail store. You will lead a team of sales associates, provide exceptional customer service, and drive sales to meet store targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership:
- Supervise and motivate the sales associates, offering guidance and support to ensure a positive work environment.
- Schedule and assign tasks to team members for efficient store operations, ensuring a high level of productivity.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to help team members grow professionally.
- Assist in training new sales associates, creating a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Customer Service:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing a personalized shopping experience.
- Offer product knowledge and suggestions to customers, helping them find the perfect products.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate when necessary, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean sales floor with proper merchandise display, creating an inviting atmosphere for customers.
- Sales and Target Achievement:
- Boost sales by engaging with customers and promoting products, driving revenue growth.
- Achieve or surpass individual and team sales targets, contributing to the store's success.
- Monitor sales trends and identify opportunities for improvement, collaborating with the store manager to develop strategies for increased sales and customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management:
- Assist in receiving, organizing, and replenishing merchandise, ensuring accurate inventory levels.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and support stock management, maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Ensure accurate pricing and labeling of products, preventing errors and discrepancies.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in retail management is a plus.
- Proven experience in a retail sales role, meeting or surpassing sales targets.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks, with a high level of adaptability.
