Front Desk Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Shaner Hotel Group. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a seamless guest experience.
Key Responsibilities- Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest services.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Supervise and train front desk staff, ensuring they meet the highest standards of service and quality.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
- Process guest folios and handle payments, adhering to cash handling and credit policies.
- Minimum one year experience in a similar position, with prior supervisory experience a plus.
- Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.
- High school graduate or equivalent, some college preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
