Front Desk Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Concord Hospitality. As a key member of our hotel staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide top-notch customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of hotel staff, room locations, room rates, amenities, and selling strategies.
- Take reservation requests and answer switchboard calls in accordance with our standards of proper telephone etiquette.
- Block rooms and handle special requests, ensuring that our guests' needs are met.
- Monitor room availability and assist the Assistant General Manager and General Manager in yield management and restrictions.
- Handle safe deposits by guests per established procedures.
- Maintain a clean and presentable lobby and desk area.
- Stay up-to-date on emergency and security procedures, ensuring the safety and security of our guests and staff.
