Job Title: Front Desk Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Comfort Inn & Suites Pittsburgh-Northshore. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless guest experiences, and maintaining a high level of operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate front desk operations, ensuring timely and efficient check-in and check-out processes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage guest folios, process payments, and maintain accurate records.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
  • Minimum one year of experience in a similar position, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and resolving guest complaints in a professional manner.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • High school graduate or equivalent, with some college education preferred.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus, but not required.
