Job Title: Front Desk Agent

You are the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their entire stay. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all our visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming guests and checking them in/out efficiently and accurately
  • Managing guest room assignments and ensuring seamless transitions
  • Issuing keys and maintaining guest confidentiality
  • Handling guest accounts and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Providing exceptional customer service and responding to guest inquiries
  • Driving revenue through upselling and cross-promoting hotel services
  • Building strong relationships with support departments and colleagues
  • Creating reservations and assisting with guest requests
  • Consistently delivering professional, engaging, and friendly service
  • Resolving guest issues and escalating to supervisors or managers when necessary
Requirements:
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Previous experience in Front Office operations in a luxury setting is an asset
  • Operational knowledge and proficiency in Front Office Systems, Micros, Fidelio, and Microsoft Office suite
  • Proficiency in English is required, with bilingualism being an asset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong guest service orientation, utilizing empathy and creative thinking
  • Ability to work well under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Desire to work as part of a large, diverse team
  • Comfortability working around animals and animal dander is necessary
