Front Desk Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Shaner Hotel Group. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a seamless guest experience.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate front desk staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes, including room assignments and key distribution
- Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Process payments and handle cash handling and credit policies
- Minimum one year experience in a similar position, with prior supervisory experience a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests, management, and co-workers
- High school graduate or equivalent, with some college preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
