Account Manager

Prozus is seeking an Account Manager - Sales to join our team in Houston, TX. As an Account Manager - Sales, you will be responsible for managing existing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities to expand our client base.
This role requires a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. If you have a proven track record of success in B2B sales and are looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Manage existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities to expand our client base
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients
- Attend industry conventions and networking events to promote Prozus and generate leads
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to discuss their needs and present tailored solutions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as outlined in the commission structure
- Implement effective follow-up strategies to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business
- Maintain Lead Tracking Log in CRM
Requirements:
- MUST have previous B2B sales experience, preferably with engineering services within heavy construction or the Energy sectors
- Self-motivated with a strong, positive sales attitude and a passion for building relationships
- Premium given for previous engineering experience/qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel for conventions and client meetings
- Proven proficiency in using office software, including CRM software and sales tools
