About the Role

At Closed Loop Recycling, we're seeking a talented Territory Sales Manager to lead our sales and account management efforts in the Texas region. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the market.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B industrial sales and account management, with a proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets. You'll also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales initiatives and drive business results

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B industrial sales and account management
  • Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly
