Job Overview

A reputable real estate development and management firm is seeking a meticulous bilingual Client Support Specialist to enhance their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will collaborate closely with the maintenance division. Duties include:

  • Handling a significant volume of incoming calls
  • Receiving and processing resident maintenance requests
  • Logging calls in the management software
  • Coordinating service technicians for resident appointments
  • Balancing phone interactions with administrative tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years in a customer service role, ideally within a call center environment
  • Proficient in MS Excel for data management
  • Strong communication skills over the phone
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish
