Risk Management Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Continuity Specialist to join our team at Provident Bank. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining our Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery Program, ensuring operational resiliency and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities- Business Resilience & Continuity Planning (BCP)
- Develop, coordinate, assess, and communicate BCPs associated with our functions and departments
- Regularly review and update BCPs to reflect changes in business operations, technology, and regulatory requirements
- Disaster Recovery Testing
- Develop and deliver training programs to ensure all employees are aware of their roles and responsibilities in the event of a disruption
- Conduct regular drills and exercises to test the effectiveness of BCPs and the preparedness of staff
- Incident Response
- Participate in our incident response process, including investigations, detection, triage, analysis, containment, and post-incident activities
- Reporting and Communication
- Prepare and present regular reports on business continuity status, risks, and incidents to executive management and the Board of Directors
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business continuity planning, risk management, or a related field
- Proven experience in reporting to and working with executive management and the Board of Directors
- Skills and Training
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Licenses and Certifications
- Professional certification such as CBCP (Certified Business Continuity Professional), MBCP (Master Business Continuity Professional), or similar
