We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Director II to oversee the clinical, financial, and administrative operations of one or more residential programs that provide support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of residential programs, ensuring compliance with funding source regulations and quality standards.
  • Manage staff, develop relationships with community members, and liaise with clinical and nursing teams to develop and manage individuals' Individual Action Plans (IAP).
  • Collaborate with the people we serve, their families, friends, employers, and other support staff to build independence skills and transform lives.

Requirements
  • A master's degree in a human services-related field is preferred.
  • 2-3 years of progressively responsible human services experience required.
  • Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred.
  • Strong time management and writing skills.
  • All applicants must be at least 21 years of age and have a current, valid US driver's license for at least one year.
