Job Title: Campus/Lead Program Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Campus/Lead Program Director to join our team at the Boys & Girls Club Crescent Region. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of all program areas within the Club, planning and developing program implementation, supervising program staff, and performing other related administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement programs that promote youth development and engagement
  • Supervise and support program staff to ensure high-quality program delivery
  • Collaborate with the Executive/Area Director to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives
  • Provide orientation and goal setting for all Club members
  • Manage and delegate responsibilities to program staff
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., youth development, education, social work)
  • At least 1 year of program management experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and stakeholders
  • Knowledge of Boys & Girls Club programs and services
