Customer Relations Specialist

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relations Specialist to join our team at Orkin. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to customers to schedule, confirm, and follow up on service appointments
- Proficiently navigate our Windows-based and web-based systems to track routes and optimize current and future schedules
- Apply expertise developed in training to schedule appointments for technicians to efficiently minimize drive time and/or distance as needed
- Use sharp listening skills and probing questions to identify customer concerns and evaluate their needs
- Monitor, update, and maintain customer databases with accurate information, including call details, disposition of calls, payments, and other results
- Reschedule unserviced accounts within 24 hours
- Participate in quality assurance processes, programs, and initiatives
- Safeguard customer privacy and other proprietary information
