Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to join the leadership team at Modern Auto CO. The Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and profitable operation of the service department, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and maintaining a strong reputation in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain customer satisfaction ratings at or above manufacturer standards
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer relationships and retention
  • Collaborate with department managers to optimize operations, performance, and profitability
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy procedures
  • Develop and execute a marketing plan to promote new and repeat business
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers and suppliers
  • Set and drive achievement of performance targets for advisors, technicians, and department
  • Manage talent acquisition, mentoring, and training programs

  • Strong understanding of federal, state, and local regulations affecting service operations
  • Excellent management skills with a stable work history
  • CDK experience a plus
