- Certifications: Universal EPA certification.
- Licenses: Valid driver's license.
- Knowledge: Knowledge with advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating.
- Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Basic computer skills for iPad/cell phone communication and documentation.
Helios determines compensation based on the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $70,000 to $95,000 annually, based on market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
