About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Manager to oversee daily area operations and manage a team of technicians to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction. As a key member of our team, you will report directly to the Regional Director of Operations and have Field Supervisors and Service Technicians as direct reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of technicians and manage team communication to ensure all parties are aware of necessary information.
  • Customer Service: Provide the highest level of professionalism, communication, and integrity to our customers.
  • Training and Development: Manage Supervisors, Technicians, and assess training needs by selecting training programs for team members.
  • Hiring and Coaching: Participate in the hiring, training, and coaching of field staff.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of HVAC field experience.
  • Management Experience: Previous experience in service management roles.
  • Certifications: Universal EPA certification.
  • Licenses: Valid driver's license.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge with advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating.
  • Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Basic computer skills for iPad/cell phone communication and documentation.
Compensation

Helios determines compensation based on the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $70,000 to $95,000 annually, based on market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
