We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Office Operations Manager at Tarheel Linen Service, Inc.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the company's operations by maintaining office systems, providing exceptional customer service, and supervising support staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer operational procedures for accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory control, and customer service.
  • Manage an automated, customer-driven office with a small team of customer service professionals.
  • Responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly analytics and reporting.
  • Ensure accurate financial records and maintain high performance ratings regarding customer service surveys.
  • Maintain a disciplined and detailed accounts receivable process.
  • Assist in other areas and/or departments as requested.
  • Manage personnel handling front-line contact responsibilities with customers.
  • Communicate effectively with associates, managers, customers, and vendors.
  • Create an environment of trust by promoting open and honest communication.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in using the computer, with expertise in MS Word and Excel.
  • Ability to read and interpret purchase orders, packing slips, shipping documents, and company-generated reports.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of management.
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented approach.
  • Ability to lead and motivate by example.
