Position Overview

Title: Chief of Pediatric Endocrinology

Salary Range: The compensation for this role is competitive and commensurate with experience, with a base range typically between $175,000 and $300,000, subject to annual negotiation.

Position Description

Our Pediatric Endocrinology service handles a substantial volume of outpatient visits annually, providing care for a diverse patient population, including those with complex conditions such as diabetes and metabolic disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the management and operational performance of the Pediatric Endocrinology Division.
2. Provide direct supervision to faculty and staff, ensuring high standards of clinical service.
3. Foster an environment that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusivity among all team members.
4. Engage in teaching, research, and scholarly activities that align with the institution's mission.

Qualifications:

1. Candidates must possess an MD or equivalent, or an MD/PhD in a relevant health-related field.
2. Eligibility for a medical license in the relevant jurisdiction is required.
3. Board certification or eligibility in Pediatric Endocrinology is essential.
4. Proven leadership experience and a strong track record in research are necessary.
