Job Summary

The County of San Diego is actively seeking qualified candidates for the position of Assistant Chief Administrative Officer. This role is integral to the executive team, reporting directly to the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO).

As an Assistant Chief Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for directing, organizing, and overseeing all operations within your designated group. Your leadership will be crucial in supporting the CAO with the coordination of county functions, strategic program planning, and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations within the assigned group.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of county-wide initiatives.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
