Key Responsibilities
  • Provide oversight and guidance to clinical operations, ensuring compliance with policy and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in the administration and oversight of clinical, educational, and research programs.
  • Collaborate with the Chief of Staff to develop and implement strategic plans to improve patient care and operational efficiency.
  • Utilize data analytics to inform decision-making and drive improvement initiatives.
  • Provide leadership and backup to the Chief of Staff in areas related to medical staff management.
  • Chair the Professional Standards Board, Medical Executive Council, and Peer Review Committees.
  • Supervise certain clinical services and serve as Acting Chief of Staff in the absence of the Chief of Staff.
Requirements
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Must have a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree from an accredited medical school.
  • Must have a current, full, and unrestricted license to practice medicine in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States, or in the District of Columbia.
  • Must have completed residency training in an accredited core specialty training program leading to eligibility for board certification.
  • Must be proficient in written and spoken English.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Service Line or Hospital Senior level experience.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position with a Monday-Friday schedule. Telework is not available for this position.
