Job Title: Territory Sales Engineer
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Sales Engineer to join our team at ESPO. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new accounts, defending and growing existing ones, and formulating business plans to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new accounts through effective sales strategies and lead generation.
- Defend and grow existing accounts by maintaining strong relationships and introducing new sales initiatives.
- Formulate business plans to address market opportunities and capitalize on sales growth.
- Communicate effectively with Sales Management to inform them of account status, segment plans, and programs in process.
- Handle customer orders, complaints, and requests for information in a timely and effective manner.
- Establish and maintain effective records to enhance planning and follow-up activities.
- Respond to performance and career development feedback and take action to address areas of improvement or enhance strengths.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (preferred).
- Three to five years of technical sales experience, including selling directly to OEMs, preferably in the Motion Control or complimentary industry.
- Ability to travel as assigned and required (60% weekly travel expected).
