About the Role:

We're seeking a highly motivated and driven Territory Outbound Sales Associate to join our team in San Jose. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing relationships with existing clients and prospecting new customers through referrals and networking. Your exceptional sales skills will be essential in driving new business and exceeding sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
  • Prospect new customers through referrals and networking
  • Conduct sales calls and presentations to clients and prospects
  • Assess the performance of specific properties in your area and develop sales plans and goals
  • Establish an up-to-date list of key customers to ensure connections and positive relationships continue to develop

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
