Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vendor Relationship Manager to join our team at Subaru. As a key member of our Customer Advocacy Department, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our external vendors to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Relationship Building: Develop and maintain sustained relationships with vendors to meet departmental performance objectives.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with vendors to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Vendor Performance Management: Monitor and report on vendor performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication with vendors.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university (preferably in a related field such as Business Management).
  • Experience: At least three years of vendor management experience.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to influence peers and senior leadership, and experience with process improvement and vendor performance management.
Work Environment

This is a hybrid role, with remote work options available. The recruiting base salary range for this full-time position is $89,400-$95,000 per year, with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision plans, pension, profit sharing, and 401(k) match offerings.
