About the Role

PNC is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Banking Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Commercial Banking organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing them with tailored financial solutions to meet their business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in the marketplace
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow and maintain a portfolio of commercial banking clients
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their financial needs are met and exceeded
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement business solutions that meet client needs
  • Manage risk and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, finance, economics)
  • 2+ years of experience in commercial banking or a related field
  • Strong understanding of commercial banking products and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
