myairops specializes in SaaS solutions tailored for the aviation sector, serving a diverse clientele that includes corporate flight departments, charter brokers, medical service providers, military, and business aviation operators.

Role Overview:

The Solutions Consultant plays a vital role in guiding clients through the onboarding journey with myairops. This position collaborates closely with Sales, engineering, product, and support teams to ensure a seamless experience from initial engagement through to successful implementation and live operation.

Conducting product demonstrations is a significant aspect of this role, supporting our Sales team while helping clients grasp the product's scope and the potential for customized solutions.

The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of Aviation and be able to connect with our products and the needs of our clients.

A consultative approach is essential, demonstrating strengths in active listening and relationship building to fully comprehend our clients' requirements.

More About the Role:

Our consultants lead the customer onboarding process, acting as trusted advisors and Subject Matter Experts throughout the engagement and into the hyper-care phase.

They deliver essential capabilities, assisting our Sales team with engaging and relevant product demonstrations while serving as the primary contact for clients during onboarding.

In collaboration with Sales, our consultants also work closely with Product owners and engage with various teams to ensure top-tier onboarding experiences.

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

Essential:

  • Experience in Aviation Operations, specifically in Flight Scheduling or Ground Operations, including Crew Scheduling/Rostering, Charter Sales, and Staff Training.
  • Ability to comprehend software product functionality and translate application UI to backend processes.
  • Strong communication skills, adaptable to different stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.
  • Experience in delivering product demonstrations to clients, conveying knowledge and functionality clearly and credibly.
  • Ability to apply system configuration principles, leveraging knowledge of Aviation, product details, and customer needs.
  • Extensive customer management experience, capable of translating complex requirements into product opportunities.
  • Experience with the integration or implementation of Cloud-based systems.

Advantageous:

  • Experience with complex software platforms requiring tailored solutions.
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira/VSTS/Azure DevOps or similar.
  • Understanding of Project Management fundamentals.

Location:

This role offers flexibility between office-based or hybrid working arrangements.
