The Technical Solutions Specialist will act as a key technical authority and advocate throughout the sales process. This position will collaborate closely with our Account Executive teams to effectively convey ProductPlan's unique value proposition. The Specialist will assist organizations in grasping best practices related to ProductPlan and its integration into their operational strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop impactful presentations that address client business challenges and facilitate the adoption of the ProductPlan platform.
  • Engage in technical demonstrations and coordinate various technical resources, both internally and externally.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to secure new business by resolving prospects' technical issues.
  • Empower new Account Executives to succeed by transforming them into ProductPlan experts through comprehensive training and support.
  • Work alongside team members and internal/external stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
  • Engage with all organizational levels to establish best practices and connect prospects and clients with Product Managers and Marketing to enhance customer success and ProductPlan's position as a market leader.
  • Manage pre-sales technical support for prospects and partners from initial engagement through product demonstration and closure.
  • Oversee all security-related matters.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales engineering or specific product management.
  • Proven track record of collaborating with sales teams to close new business by addressing technical challenges.
  • Strong technical aptitude to master ProductPlan's offerings, business model, services, and emerging technologies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions with multiple stakeholders on time-sensitive projects.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, both in-person and through virtual channels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to derive meaningful insights from complex data.
  • Experience as a technology advocate.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • This position is remote, with a preference for candidates who can occasionally engage in office activities.
