Position Overview

Cutter Aviation is on the lookout for a dynamic and skilled individual to join our Line Service team. The Aircraft Line Service Specialist (ALSS) is expected to excel in building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service while engaging with customers, pilots, passengers, senior management, and regulatory bodies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fueling aircraft efficiently.
  • Performing general maintenance and cleaning of systems.
  • Operating refueling trucks and towing equipment.
  • Promoting additional services or products to customers.
  • Towing and repositioning aircraft within hangars.
  • Ensuring compliance with FAA and TSA regulations.
  • Assisting passengers and pilots with their luggage and transportation needs.
  • Documenting the number of units handled and moved using daily production records.
  • Connecting hoses and operating equipment for the transfer of liquid materials.
  • Interpreting work orders or receiving verbal instructions to determine tasks and required materials.

Engaging with customers in person to provide information about services, take orders, or address complaints. Conducting airfield management tasks, which may involve escorting passengers and crew members across the airfield using various modes of transport, including company vehicles.

Additional Duties

Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Basic computer and typing skills.
  • Competence in performing calculations.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Team-oriented with a friendly disposition.
  • Preference for candidates with prior experience in an FBO.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Strong customer service, organizational, training, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive.
Additional Requirements
  • Must pass a background check.
  • Must pass a drug screening test.
