Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented AI Solutions Architect and Engineering Specialist to join our innovative team. In this capacity, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our state-of-the-art AI software solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a profound understanding of artificial intelligence technologies and frameworks, coupled with exceptional communication skills and the ability to align technical capabilities with business goals.

As an AI Solutions Architect and Engineering Specialist, you will work closely with our business development team to drive the adoption of our AI solutions and contribute to the expansion of our customer base.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise in AI tools and workflows, possess a mix of tactical and strategic customer engagement approaches, and excel as an effective communicator.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a thorough understanding of HP's AI software offerings, serving as the technical subject matter expert in all pre-sales activities.
  • Translate intricate AI concepts into clear and persuasive value propositions for clients.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to identify customer needs and provide pre-sales technical support.
  • Work with the business development team to create tailored AI solution engagements for clients.
  • Engage with partners and customers to comprehend their technical requirements and identify opportunities to enhance the adoption and utilization of HP's AI solutions.
  • Assist clients in recognizing the strategic advantages of integrating AI/ML into their operations.
  • Design and implement AI proof of concepts to demonstrate capabilities and potential solutions to customer challenges.
  • Conduct training sessions on AI software solutions for customers, internal teams, and partners.
  • Create technical documentation and best practices guides to facilitate the sales process and customer onboarding, collaborating with sales and marketing teams to develop compelling customer sales materials.
  • Engage with experience managers, engineers, and product teams to translate requirements into an end-to-end workflow.
  • Conduct in-depth product demonstrations, customized workflow examples, and technical presentations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.

Experience and Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in Solution Engineering and software development.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within AI software sales or solutions engineering.
  • In-depth knowledge of AI, machine learning, and data science principles.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency with AI frameworks, tools, and platforms.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and tools.
  • Proficiency in either Python or C++, with experience in both languages.
  • Demonstrated success in developing enterprise data science projects.
  • Experience in DevOps and software development in hybrid cloud environments.
  • Proven track record of achieving presales KPIs, including opportunity conversion.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Education

BS/MS in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
