Position Overview

This position is focused on managing administrative functions, ensuring smooth office operations, and providing essential support to organizational activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately process and enter timesheets into the company system.
  • Handle incoming phone calls and assist with general inquiries.
  • Manage email correspondence efficiently.
  • Assist in organizing and contributing to office events and activities.
  • Compile and distribute the monthly newsletter to staff.
  • Oversee the management of office supplies to ensure they are readily available.
  • Send out client birthday cards and perform various administrative duties.
Qualifications
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a welcoming demeanor.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficient in office management tasks and familiar with office software.
  • Creative and proactive approach to handling diverse tasks and projects.
Schedule

Standard working hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Compensation

The hourly pay range for this position is $13-$16.
