Role Summary

We are in search of a highly capable and driven Technical Product Manager to join our vibrant team. In this capacity, you will spearhead the development and introduction of innovative products that will redefine the EV aftermarket landscape.   • Formulate and prioritize the product roadmap informed by market analysis, initial customer insights, and essential business objectives.

Product Development:

  • Work alongside cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch pioneering products and features.
  • Convert product requirements into comprehensive user stories and technical specifications.
  • Oversee the product development lifecycle, encompassing planning, execution, and release management.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Serve as the primary liaison for all product-related inquiries.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Customer-Centric Approach:

  • Conduct user research and usability assessments to gather insights and validate product ideas.
  • Track and evaluate product performance, user feedback, and market trends to enhance the product continuously.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Utilize your technical expertise to effectively engage with engineering teams and ensure the feasibility of product features.
  • Remain abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to foster innovation in the EV sector.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline; an MBA or advanced degree is advantageous.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in product management, ideally within the EV, automotive, or related technology sectors.
  • A proven history of successfully launching and managing products in a fast-paced, agile environment.
