The Lead Solutions Architect plays a pivotal role in Mezmo's expansion strategy.

To achieve this, you will collaborate closely with Mezmo's technical services team to deliver impactful, value-driven demonstrations, oversee successful validation events, and devise strategies that cater to the critical needs and business objectives of prospects.


In this position, you will have the chance to engage with cutting-edge telemetry pipeline and log analysis technologies, utilizing your creativity to design solutions that not only satisfy our clients but also contribute significantly to the company's revenue growth.

Mezmo's Lead Solutions Architects are instrumental in driving revenue by facilitating the acquisition of new clients and are integral to our sales process.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Interact with potential clients, independently or alongside an Account Executive, to comprehend their challenges in utilizing telemetry data for observability and other functions.

2. Showcase the Mezmo platform to assure prospects that it can effectively meet their challenges and requirements.


3. Conduct Technical Validation events, allowing prospects to witness firsthand how the Mezmo platform can be tailored to their needs and build a compelling business case for purchase.

4. Partner with marketing to support lead generation initiatives, including webinars and industry conferences.


5. Assist the business development team in identifying key stakeholders and crafting effective messaging to capture attention and generate sales leads.

6. Support the response to prospect inquiries for information or proposals.


7. Collaborate with the Technical Services team to develop sales collateral, including whitepapers, solution demonstrations, and online workshops.


8. Aid the Customer Success and Account Executive teams in expanding the Mezmo solution footprint within existing clients by identifying new use cases and promoting Mezmo's application.

Qualifications:

1. 5+ years of experience in a sales or solution engineering role, successfully selling complex platforms to a technical audience.

2. Proven track record in navigating complex technical sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.

3. Experience in constructing and presenting proposed solution architectures.

4. Familiarity with observability tools, particularly those used for interpreting and analyzing telemetry data.

5. Proficient in data analysis using data engineering techniques, consolidating findings, and providing actionable recommendations.

6. Understanding of public cloud services and the components that constitute their infrastructure.

7. Ability to work independently while adhering to fundamental priorities, responsibilities, objectives, and desired outcomes.

8. Strong operational capabilities with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


9. Self-motivated learner with the ability to grasp new technologies and understand their relevance to the Mezmo platform for effective communication and sales.

10. Proven collaborator with various segments of a Go-To-Market organization, including sales, product marketing, and business development.

Compensation:
This role offers a competitive OTE starting salary range of $180,000 to $200,000, along with equity and benefits.
