Position Summary:
*Handling inquiries and incoming communications from agents involved in life insurance sales, managing ticket creation and resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate necessary documentation and internal requests to assist distributors within our information systems.
• Provide timely communication to facilitate smooth onboarding for new distributors and internal stakeholders.
• Act with urgency to identify and resolve implementation challenges faced by distributors; develop expertise in the Agent Portal; oversee client ticket management.
• Inform the Channel Partner Support Team Manager and relevant stakeholders about issues; coordinate and prioritize distributor/channel partner escalations.
• Serve as a dependable point of contact and advocate for distributors, delivering enthusiastic support during the implementation phase and post-launch.
• Exhibit excellent customer service practices.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidence.
• Contribute to the promotion and preservation of a positive company image.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Demonstrated critical thinking abilities.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a professional, customer-facing capacity.
• Previous experience in partner/client support or related roles.
• Proficient in computer applications; familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and some data entry experience.
