Search Masters, Inc is seeking a highly skilled New Business Development Sales Specialist to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a sales professional with a strong background in engineering sales to drive new business growth and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling and account development
  • Work closely with sales engineers to provide quotes and proposals to secure new business
  • Sell custom engineered products to existing and dormant accounts
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and growth objectives

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of sales experience with a focus on engineering sales
  • 5+ years of selling engineered products
  • 25-30% travel required
  • Home office setup
