Aerospace Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic business development plans to expand our customer base and ensure our strong presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand our customer base and ensure our strong presence in the market.
2. Identify potential clients in the target market and conduct thorough research on their business needs.
3. Generate leads and manage sales processes for the company while maintaining an accurate and detailed client database.
4. Partner with sales teams and coordinate with other team members to achieve the company's business objectives.
5. Conduct competitive market analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
6. Maintain a deep knowledge of our products and services, and craft sales presentations to potential clients accordingly.
7. Negotiate contracts with prospective clients, working closely with legal and finance teams.
8. Meet and exceed annual sales targets.
Requirements
1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, lead generation, territory sales, and territory management - Aerospace, Fasteners, Electronics, and/or Hardware experience required.
2. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
3. Proven ability to plan and manage resources.
4. Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
8. Ability to travel as needed.
9. Knowledge of manufacturing industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
