Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Developer to join our team at BrightView Landscape Services. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and market expansion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and strategies
- Manage and maintain accurate sales data and analytics in our CRM system
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years of experience in sales or business development, with a proven track record of success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
