Job Overview

At Techy Scouts, we're seeking a highly skilled Sales and Business Development Leader to drive our sales efforts and business expansion. This role requires a balance of direct sales, sales management, sales operations, business development, and growth leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct Sales: Serve as the primary person responsible for generating new business, closing inbound leads, and driving the entire sales funnel.
  • Business Development: Identify and drive various partnership opportunities, including lead generation, co-branding, white-label, enterprise, and referral partnerships.
  • Cross-Sales/Up-Sales: Identify up-sales and cross-sales opportunities within our existing client base.
  • Sales Operations: Collaborate with marketing to create and refine pitch decks, brochures, and other sales materials.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the agency or SaaS industry.
  • Strong track record of closing sales, leading sales teams, and achieving revenue targets.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot, and experience in sales operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners.
