Job Title:

Office Administration Supervisor

">About the Role:

This position is responsible for overseeing the administrative functions of a physician office practice. The Office Administration Supervisor will supervise office staff, coordinate activities, and review financial performance.

">Key Responsibilities:

  1. ">
  2. Supervise office staff to ensure efficient clinic flow and effective patient care ">
  3. Coordinate activities with billing and coding teams to ensure accurate reimbursement and timely payment ">
  4. Review and analyze financial performance, including physician CME, reimbursements, and operating costs ">
  5. Develop and implement office policies in accordance with established physician office and hospital standards ">
  6. Conduct performance evaluations and recommend disciplinary actions as necessary ">
  7. Work with coder, administrator, and central billing office to ensure accurate reimbursement ">
  8. Coordinates activities with billing office to include demographics and insurance, patient balances, overdue accounts ">
  9. Ensure proper resolution of all customer satisfaction issues related to clinic sites ">
  10. Liaison between practice providers and office employees and between practice and outside vendors/hospital ">
  11. Review and implement processes that align with quality measures and department goals ">
  12. Facilitate credentialing information as needed ">
  13. Other duties as assigned by the Practice Administrator">

  • Minimum two years of experience in a supervisory role ">
  • Prefer candidates with a bachelor's degree or equivalent ">
  • Knowledge of and ability to apply standard precautions and procedures ">
  • Knowledge of regulatory agency guidelines/requirements ">
  • Ability to operate standard equipment ">
  • Professionalism Interpersonal & Communication Skills ">
  • Maintains patient satisfaction and responds promptly to patient care needs ">
  • Demonstrates accountability, commitment, sensitivity, and responsiveness to patients, staff, and in general business practices ">
  • Maintains positivity in the face of adversity ">
  • Demonstrates a high level of emotional intelligence">
">">Estimated Salary Range:

$55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience
