Job Description

The Administrative Support Specialist will play a vital role in supporting our local management team by providing administrative assistance, coordinating office operations, and managing facilities. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to senior management and other personnel within the office
  • Coordinate office operations, manage facilities, and maintain COIs
  • Support project delivery and execution by working with Project Managers to manage schedules, budgets, and deliverables
  • Assist with Marketing and Business Development efforts, including proposal development and pursuit tracking
  • Manage vendor relationships, coordinate travel arrangements, and perform other administrative duties as required
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; high school diploma with 5 years of experience in an administrative assistant role may be considered
  • Excellent technical writing, organizational, and communication skills
  • Prior experience working with Project Managers and the A/E field is a plus
  • Must possess strong interpersonal skills, a commitment to excellence, and attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritize and organize multiple concurrent assignments
  • Excellent computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, InDesign, and PowerPoint
Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
