We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to fill the position of Administrative Supervisor, Nursing Administration Support at Parkwest. This role involves directing and coordinating administrative activities on a specified tour of duty, ensuring adequate staffing, and making rounds to provide managerial presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Staff Management: Review staffing each shift for each unit, assist charge nurses, and make recommendations for adequate staffing.
  • Rounds and Presence: Make rounds to provide managerial presence and support to nursing staff.
  • New Hire Onboarding: Assist new personnel and act as a resource to the nursing staff.
  • Procedural Support: Assist with procedures when staff has difficulty.
  • Conflict Resolution: Listen to staff problems and effectively resolve conflict as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Education: Current Tennessee RN license and CPR certification required.
  • Experience: Three years of clinical experience.
